Next, like SOA Suite soa_windows_x86_101310_disk1.zip what is the latest for 11G (i would like to a have a install file similar so that my BPEL, ESB and everything is available) please clarify do we have similar one latest with all BEA inclusions.

The JDev from OTN now is a 11g version without the integration part. When Oracle announces FMW 11g, a new version of JDeveloper will be made available.
Hello Marc,
I am also a little bit confused about the packaging of this new 11g release. New release OSB 10gR3 10.3.1.0 contains Weblogic Server and OSB. I would like to run also BPEL. I can find standalone BPEL installation packages from otn-site (http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/bpel/index.html), but there is only a package for Bea Weblogic server. Is this compatible with the Oracle Weblogic bundled with OSB 10gR3 10.3.1.0?
I am also wondering if it is possible to run Oracle's own Enterprise Service Bus product on Welogic AS.
Hopefully there is coming a "SOA Suite 11g" release which bundles the products nicely.
The current version of SOA/BPEL (10.1.3.x) is certified against WebLogic 9.2 and Oracle AS (OC4J).
A new maintenance release is coming, 10.1.3.5, that wil be certified against WLS 10.3. I can not give any dates on this.
The new FMW SOA 11g release will only be available on WLS.
Marc
Hi,
Thanks a lot! That clarified the situation. Actually I was afraid that this is the case, but was hoping that I had misunderstood something :)
FMW SOA 11g would solve my problem but the current situation is not very good.

Does is mean WLS 11g (which actually is 'only' WLS 10.3.1) will be available in July or is just a product anouncement saying it will be available some time later this year?
I wonder since OSB 10.3.1 is based on WLS10.3 and not on WLS10.3.1.
thanks for your input!
Frank
I can not give you any dates, we should wait what Charles and Thomas will annouce :-)
So SOA Suite 11g was released... but without an ESB!
What kind of SOA environemnt is that? I mean, c'mon, really!?
So to set up a fully functional SOA environment, I need to:
1/ Install WLS 10.3.1 to host SOA Suite 11g, and...
2/ Install WLS 10.3 to host OSB 10.3.1?
Is this really the case? Tell me it ain't true!
In confusion and no small mount of pain,
Jerome
The ESB is there! But is not called ESB. This is moved into the SCA composite and renamed to Mediator.
The Oracle Service Bus (OSB, previous called Aqualogic Service Bus) is only available as 10g version (for now)
1/ Install WLS 10.3.1 to host SOA Suite 11g
2/ Install WLS 10.3 to host OSB 10.3.1?
Yes this is true, when OSB 11g is released you can incorporate it into the SOA domain.
